Are the phones wireless?
We recommend placing phones within 3 feet of a working outlet to optimize use.
How far in advance should I book phone?
The earlier, the best! We recommend booking your service at least 3-4 weeks in advance but no later than 2 weeks prior to your event.
Will an audio tech be at my event to help guest?
Yes! An Cherish The Beep audio tech will remain at your event up to 4 hours to assist guest with use of phones/recordings. A technician will not be present if you choose the virtual only package.
Is shipping available?
We currently do not ship any phones out, but we do have a virtual option that’s available and popular for destination wedding and events out of town.
Will my DJ be too loud?
Our phones are made with background noise reduction software. This software does a great job of limiting the background noise/music. We recommend placing the phone in a area of the event that will not be directly under or near the speaker.
Will get every email recorded?
We will send every message recorded except those with dead air or hate mail.
Is there a military discount?
Although, we love and honor the military, we do not currently offer military discounts.
Do you provide tables and decoration?
The only decor that’s provided is what is listed in the package you choose (unless discusses otherwise). We currently do not offer tables or any additional equipment.
